Deutsches Museum, Munich November 1970 concert poster (Kieser)

Original vintage first printing concert poster advertising the American Blues + Gospel Festival at the Deutsches Museum in Munich [Germany] on Saturday, 14th November, 1970, presented by Lippmann+Rau in cooperation with local Munich promoter Stimmen der Welt. Performing artists inluded Sister Rosetta Tharpe, Bukka White, Sonny Terry and Brownie McGhee, Champion Jack Dupree, the Robert Patterson Singers, and Willie Dixon and the Chicago Blues All Stars, featuring Shakey Horton, Lee Jackson, Lafayette Leak, and Clifton James. The poster features striking uncredited artwork by Günther Kieser.

The poster measures 59.8 x 84.0 cm (approx. 23.5″ by 33.1″ inches) and is beautifully printed on thin, smooth-finish uncoated paper stock.
