Palais des Sports, Paris March 1956 concert program
Original vintage concert program produced for the “Premiere Festival European Jazz Nouvelle Orléans” which took place at the Palais des Sports in Paris [France] on 10th March, 1956. Performing artists from the USA included Mezz Mezzrow, Nelson Williams, Bill Coleman, Cecily Forde, and Benny Waters. European artists at the festival included Michel Attenoux, Armand Gordon, René Franc, Jean Furet, Michel Zagradsky, Beryl Bryden, and Humphrey Lyttelton.
In original yellow and black pictorial wrappers, staple bound, 16.0 x 24.0 cm, 20 pp. All text in French. Wrappers are slightly rubbed with light wear to spine and extremities, else tightly bound and clean without further markings. Additional photos available on request.
