Front cover artwork by Ferenc Pintér. Considered to be the first in Kerouac’s “Duluoz Legend,” the series of novels featuring the author’s fictional alter-ego Jack Duluoz, Visions of Gerard was originally published by Farrar, Straus and Company in 1963.
