1991 Japanese Island Records/Polystar promo poster for “Achtung baby”
Original first printing U2 promotional poster issued by Island Records/Polystar in Japan in 1991 to promote the release of the Achtung Baby album, the band’s seventh studio album, produced by Daniel Lanois and Brian Eno, and released on 18th November, 1991. The poster features a photo by Anton Corbijn, with the artist’s imprint to the top right corner. The poster was for promotional purposes only, and was never made commercially available.
