These were sent out to subscribers and friends of the publisher before official publication.
Crown octavo (8vo), 13.7 x 21.1 cm, 352 pp. In original illustrated smooth-finish uncoated wrappers printed in red and black. Published in the uncut state. Fine. Uncut and unread. Additional images of the book available on request.
