Spring 1952 Swedish concert tour program
Original vintage concert program produced for the Spring 1952 Jazz At The Philharmonic package tour of Sweden, presented by Estrad in association with Norman Granz. The Swedish concerts were part of the first ever European JATP tour with an entourage that included Ella Fitzgerald, Lester Young, Oscar Peterson, Hank Jones, Ray Brown, Max Roach, Flip Phillips, Roy Eldridge, and Irving Asby.
In original red and black pictorial uncoated wrappers, staple bound, 20.5 x 28.0 cm, 12 pp. All text in Swedish. There are a few small stains to the front wrapper, else near fine, tightly bound and clean. Additional photos available on request.
