Original vintage concert program for the 3rd Festival Internazionale del Jazz staged at the Arena di Verona in Verona [Italy] on 24 July, 1972. Performing artists included Fitzgerald accompanied by the Tommy Flanagan Trio, Roy Eldridge, Charles Mingus, Max Roach, Phil Woods, and Maynard Ferguson. Mingus’ group for the concert featured Lonnie Hillyer (trombone), Charlie McPherson (alto), Bobby Jones (tenor), John Foster (piano), and Roy Brooks (drums). Ticket stubs for the event as well as a number of newspaper clippings, laid in.
In original pictorial uncoated wraps, staple bound, 17.0 x 23.6 cm, 28 pp. All text in Italian. Near fine, tightly bound and clean. Additional photos available on request.
