Original vintage program book for the 1972 Berliner Jazz Tage which took place at the Philharmonie in Berlin [Germany] from Wednesday, 1st November to Sunday, 5th November, 1972. Presented by Ralf Schulte-Bahrenberg in association with George Wein, the performing artists included Julian Cannonball Adderley, Charles Mingus, Jimmy Smith, Phil Woods, Don Cherry, Gary Burton, Chick Corea, Gerry Mulligan, Dave Brubeck, Paul Desmond, Roland Kirk, Elvin Jones, and many more. The cover features delicate artwork by Günther Kieser.

In original b/w pictorial coated wrappers, perfect bound, 15.0 x 30.0 cm, 96 pp. Bilingual edition with text in English and German. Light wear to spine and extremities, and a few neat underlinings and notations inside, else in near excellent condition. Additional photos available on request.
